Chocolate Milk Milky Way

Chocolate Milk Milky Way

Following two windy days on the Serengeti, the sky appeared clear at night, with a vast display of stars. A 30 second exposure near midnight showed that the air-born dust was still at work, shifting the colour of the light captured by my lens. A thorough cleaning of camera and lenses was necessary. The dust in the atmosphere did not block light, but produced an effective brown filter, with clear vision of the heavens. This is proof-positive that the milky way is made of chocolate milk. See for yourself.
