Saigon Traffic

Stoplights in Saigon are several blocks apart, and drivers obey them. There are 1 million cars in the City, and 4 million motorcycles. To enter a street from a non-controlled intersection, you simply enter it, without hesitation, either on foot, on a motorcycle, or even a bus. The traffic flows around you, as long as you move consistently. Chaos ensues if you change your mind. Traffic can be very heavy, but is free of gridlock. Except for when someone changes their mind.
